went to bed at 4:30 am. woke up at 7:00 am. wide awake. these days if im not stoned.. i cant sleep.. i dont know why. all i want to do is sleep..like a normal person.. instead of being awake all the time..with these crazy ass thoughts.. but since i cant..i might as well pull out my yoga mat.. and get this uneventful day started… happy saturday.
